I do interviews / evaluations over the phone after discussing the candidate with my client and also utilize the "Call Reluctance" "SPQ Gold" written exam to objectively examine their potential.  It's a pretty involved written exam - takes about sixty minutes and measures everything from their level of motivation, goal orientation, and any "fears" which may inhibit their performance. The interpretation will also require about sixty minutes to allow for a clear understanding of the results This can be great for assisting the growth of existing sales staff members or candidates.
