Archer Associates was started in 1990 in San Jose,
California. After many successful years in sales and
sales related functions, I decided to challenge my entrepreneurial spirit and become a sales trainer and public speaker. 

I currently reside in the Sacramento area with my lovely wife, Kathy and our two cats, Blossom and Starbucks.

When I'm not working ( and even sometimes when I am ), we try to be out and about in our motorhome
( with the cats ) enjoying all there is to see and do
on the beautiful West Coast.

I have coached sales professionals for many years and I am positive that I can assist your success. That assumption is here for you to judge.  This website gives you a taste of what I know and share but there is so much more.

As a tenured sales coach, I have worked with salespeople from many diversified industries and service organizations.  I don't for one minute believe I have all of the answers but I have a bunch of them !  I learn everyday from my clients - individuals and organizations.  I have more experience with selling services than I do selling products but I have worked with each.  Whatever you sell, I can enhance and embellish your success.

I can offer each of my clients a broader perspective of what can be achieved and how to make it happen because of my exposure to different individuals, organizations, and industries.  My experience, advice, and time are my "stock in trade".
